I think UAE firmware is available. If it’s an UAE phone, flash that. Why would you want to flash another xoucoun firmware anyway? It is not recommended.
Sorry for the delayed reply. Sure, it will be more local, no doubt about that. But, we are not sure if the phone would accept other region firmware. There is a reason why Samsung releases different firmware files for different regions. Some manufacturers, like OnePlus, have same firmware files all over the world. With Samsung, that is not the case. We may end up bricking the device. If you absolutely want to flash a local firmware file, do visit the nearest service center and check the feasibility with them first.

You have to flash the firmware specifically released for Brazil. Or else you will end up bricking your device!
