Download and install Xposed Framework for Android Nougat (both 7.0 and 7.1) devices. For as long as I can remember, I have always rooted every single phone I have ever owned (except for the Galaxy S6, that thing was a total pain in the ass!). One of the major reasons why I rooted my devices is Xposed Framework. That thing brought almost all the features of a custom ROM without having to install a custom ROM. But with every new version of Android, getting the Xposed Framework to work on them is becoming increasingly hard. But, our wonderful developers has always found a way to get it done and Android N is no exception. Finally, the wait is over. We have a fully working version of Xposed Framework for Android Nougat devices; both the 7.0 and 7.1.1 versions. Read ahead to know where to download and how to install Xposed Framework on your Android N device.
Update: The method mentioned below is unofficial version of the Xposed Framework and is outdated. There is a newer/official version available and it is more stable. You can get it by clicking below:

It is very important to note that this not the official version from the Original Developer rovo89. The team behind Purify OS Custom ROM has taken upon this task of porting Xposed Framework to the latest Android version. Nonetheless, it is working perfectly fine on my OnePlus 3. Of course, there are some drawbacks in this. Not all the Xposed Modules are working.
I am currently making a list of modules that are working with the latest version which I will update soon. You can get the list of all Xposed Modules that are working fine on Android Nougat here. All that said, I guess it’s time to download and install the Xposed Framework on your Android N device.
